Good posture is not merely a matter of appearance; it also plays an important role in physical fitness, performance, and overall quality of life.

The Department of Physiology and the Biomedical Sciences Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FK USU), in collaboration with the Department of Basic Medical Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Padjadjaran (FK Unpad), invite students, lecturers, researchers, administrative staff, and the general public to attend a guest lecture on “Forward Posture and Physical Fitness.”

The guest lecture will feature Prof. Dr. dr. Leonardo Lubis, M.Kes., AIFO-K as the speaker.
