On July 20, 2023, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGHI) officially established a partnership in the form of a Regional Collaborating Centre (RCC) with a three-year collaboration period. This collaboration aims to improve public health and reduce the disease burden in the region through capacity building, research, and education.
