Community Service

Actualizing Service Based on Tri Darma

Community Service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, in addition to the dharma of education and teaching and the dharma of research. The USU Statute contained in Government Regulation number 16 of 2014 states that USU has a vision as a pioneer of world-class national universities that are superior and innovative, serving the interests of the nation and humanity imbued with the nation cultural values based on Pancasila. USU vision is implemented through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: education, research, and community service. The task of USU is not only to carry out education for its students, but also to carry out research and develop innovations, as well as the preservation and development of superior knowledge and benefit to society.
