In connection with the disbursement process of the KIP Professional College Scholarship for the Even Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, we would like to remind students who are recipients of the scholarship several important matters.
The information is as follows:
Based on the Zoom Meeting on March 13, 2025, that the application for recipients of the KIP Professional College Scholarship for Even Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year is carried out on the KIP Kuliah system;
Before the disbursement process, students must first change the data from Strata 1 to the Professional Education Program, which must also be synchronized with the PD Dikti;
Currently, the data update process is being handled by the IT team of the Head of the Higher Education Financing and Assessment Center, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. As previously coordinated, this process takes time to complete due to the high volume of data change requests from universities across the country.
The Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations will continue coordinating with the Ministry so that this disbursement process can be completed as soon as possible.
