  1. Registration March 17, 2025

  2. Registration Deadline April 13, 2025

  3. Administrative Selection, Psychological Test, and Interview April 14 - May 14, 2025

  4. Scholarship Recipient Announcement End of May 2025

Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship 2025 Terms and Conditions 

  1. Active undergraduate students who are entering Semester 5 this June

  2. Experiencing economic constraints that can be proven by a certificate such as a Certificate of Inability to Pay, proof of parents' income, Prosperous Family Card, household electricity bill (choose one)

  3. Not currently receiving another scholarshipMeet the requirements and pass the selection for Scholarship Program Acceptance

  4. Have a Cumulative Achievement Index (IPK) of at least 3.00 on a scale of 4.00Have good leadership and are active in student organizations or social activities

  5. Come from the following university and department names: Institut Teknologi Bandung, Institut Sepuluh November, Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Hasanuddin, and Universitas Pattimura

Students Who Participate in Pelindo Achievement Scholarship 2025  Selection Must Participate

  1. Administrative selection of prospective scholarship recipients

  2. Psychological tests and interviews

  3. Announcement of scholarship recipients

  4. Receive scholarships/distributions if they pass the selection

  5. Participate in training, mentoring and coaching programs from Pelindo if they pass the selection, which will be held every semester if they pass the selection

  6. Participate in the inauguration event at the beginning of the scholarship award as well as training and mentoring programs at the beginning of the scholarship award if they pass the selection

  7. Maintain and meet the minimum GPA achievement of 3.0 if they pass the selection

  8. Willing to write a thesis/final assignment research with topics related to (partially or in whole) logistics, port transportation and sustainability topics of the port ecosystem by signing the attached statement

  9. Willing to publish about the Pelindo Achievement Scholarship on social media by signing the attached statement

Benefits of Pelindo Achievement Scholarship 2025

  1. Education Cost Assistance – Education cost assistance for two academic years (for Semesters 5, 6, 7 and 8)

  2. Funding Assistance for Writing Thesis/Final Assignment – ​​Funding assistance to support writing a thesis at the end of the study period. 

  3. Self-Development Program—This is an opportunity to get training, mentoring, and coaching programs from Pelindo, which are held every semester.

  4. Networking Development—This Is an opportunity to develop networking both among fellow scholarship recipients and with PT Pelindo.

Pelindo Achievement Scholarship 2025  Document Requirements

  1. Completed registration form (form attached)

  2. Photocopy of KTP

  3. Photocopy of Family Card

  4. Certificate of poverty (choose one)

  5. Recommendation letter from academic supervisor, lecturer/prospective thesis supervisor, or faculty leader (choose one)

  6. Latest academic transcript

  7. Certificate of active status as a student

  8. Photocopy of Student Card

  9. Motivation Letter (form attached)

  10. A statement stating that you are not currently receiving a scholarship from another institution, and are willing to write a thesis/final assignment research with a topic related to (partially or in whole) logistics, port transportation and sustainability topics of the port ecosystem, as well as willing to publish about the Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship on social media with (statement letter format attached)
