Eligible final-semester students in Undergraduate and Diploma programs can now apply for a reduction in their Single Tuition Fee (UKT). Applications are open to students taking a maximum of 6 credits (including thesis) and must be submitted through the USU SILA system between February 3 and February 21, 2025.
We hereby facilitate applications for UKT deduction for Final Semester Students of Undergraduate and Diploma Three Programs who Meet the Requirements in the USU Environment. The requirements are:
Students in semester 9 (nine) and above in undergraduate or diploma four programs who take a maximum of 6 credits with one of the courses being the final project;
Students in semester 7 (seven) and above in diploma three programs who take a maximum of 6 credits with one of the courses being the final project;
The academic supervisor has verified KRS;
You can complete the application through the USU Administrative Service System (SILA), https://tiket.usu.ac.id — UKT Payment Reduction Request menu, from February 03 to February 21, 2025.
The results of submission verification will be issued along with the UKT refund to the account listed on the application. UKT Deduction Application for Final Semester Students will only be opened once each semester without any subsequent application. For students who are late or submit outside the specified time, the application will not be processed.
