In connection with the graduation ceremony for USU graduates for the fourth period of the 2024/2025 academic year, the following information is provided to ensure the smooth implementation of the event:
Graduation Registration:
Registration for graduation participants at the Faculty/Graduate School level is due by July 24, 2025;
Submission of graduation documents from the Faculty/Graduate School to the Admissions and Academic Events Office of the Academic Affairs Bureau on the 2nd floor of the BPA USU is due by July 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
Graduation for USU graduates of Period IV of the 2024/2025 academic year will be held on August 26 and 27, 2025;
Sub-division heads of education at USU faculties and graduate schools are requested to process graduate registrations in cooperation with study programs/departments;
Graduate registration is only conducted at the faculty/graduate school level, there is no graduation registration at the USU Academic Affairs Office;
Please review the prospective graduates' personal data, particularly: place and date of birth, photo, religion, alumni number, high school/university of origin, thesis/dissertation title, name of the Promotor and Co-Promotor, do not leave any fields blank;
The graduation ceremony fees are based on the Rector's Decision No. 1465/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2019 dated April 18, 2019, are as follows:
- Non-UKT students are charged a fee of Rp.600,000 (Six hundred thousand rupiah) per person for all program levels.
- Students whose tuition fees are based on the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are not charged a graduation fee.
