Terms and Conditions of the Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship 2025/2026

  1. Active undergraduate students of Universitas Sumatera Utara

  2. Not currently receiving scholarships from other parties

  3. Applicant students are not married

  4. Outstanding and active in social activities

  5. Fill in all data and upload documents on the official Karya Salemba Empat scholarship website.

 

Amount and Benefits of Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship 2025/2026

  1. Living allowance of IDR 750,000/month and can be extended until the 8th semester

  2. Join the KSE USU and KSE Nusantara associations

  3. Get various Leadership Programs, Workshops, and Coaching

  4. Opportunities to participate in Technology For Indonesia (TFI), research training, design, and technological innovation for Indonesia

  5. Community development in several villages assisted by the KSE USU association

  6. Get contacts from all over Indonesia

 

Document Requirements for Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship 2025/2026

  1. Close up and full body photos using alma mater with a white background

  2. Photocopy of KTP, KTM, and Family Card

  3. Salary slip or income certificate of parents/guardians

  4. Transcript of grades

  5. Last electricity bill

  6. Water bill (if any)

  7. Letter of Recommendation/Certificate of not receiving scholarships from other parties

  8. Essay

  9. Vlog or video with a duration of 1-2 minutes regarding self-profile, family background and why I need a scholarship.
