Of the 19 FK USU lecturers receiving the awards, three received the Satyalancana Karya Satya for 20 years of service, while 16 received the award for 10 years of service. The awards serve as national recognition of the lecturers’ consistent dedication and service in carrying out their responsibilities and contributing to the institution and society.

In addition to fulfilling their teaching responsibilities, FK USU lecturers also contribute to research and community service. These activities form part of the university’s efforts to generate knowledge and innovation that can benefit society and support improvements in healthcare quality.

The presentation of the Satyalancana Karya Satya also served as a moment to recognize the lecturers’ years of service while motivating the entire FK USU academic community to uphold integrity, professionalism, and responsibility in carrying out their duties.

For FK USU, the awards are not only a form of recognition for years of service but also an encouragement to continue contributing to the advancement of medical education, research, healthcare services, and community engagement.
