Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the Hall of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara, a Doctor's Oath Ceremony for Period III of the 2022/2023 Academic Year was held. Also attending the event was the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of USU Prof. Dr. dr. Aldy Safruddin Rambe Sp.S (K), Vice Dean I Dr. dr. Delyuzar, M. Ked (PA), Sp.PA (K), Ka. Education and Professional Doctor Study Program Dr. dr. Rina Amelia MARS, Sp.KKLP, Sec. Doctor Education and Profession Study Program dr. Dina Arwina Dalimunthe M.Ked (KK), Sp.KK.

In his remarks, the Dean of the USU Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. dr. Aldy Safruddin Rambe Sp.S (K) explained that “New doctors are always required to be consistent in implementing the contents of the doctor's oath and the medical code of ethics, obey the law and behave professionally, and have the willingness always to increase knowledge while carrying out their profession as doctors.”

The Dean of the USU Faculty of Medicine also said, "As Alumni of the USU Faculty of Medicine, you are required to always work with the best abilities. Work professionally according to your competence by always upholding ethics and complying with all applicable regulations. Be agents of change in your respective environments. Maintain the excellent name of the Almamater. Make the Faculty of Medicine of the Universitas Sumatera Utara proud in the community. Don't forget to always maintain communication with this beloved Almamater. "
