Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani also said that before coming directly to review the Faculty of Medicine, the assessors had taken pictures of the form files that had been sent through LAM-PTKes. “Today, we come to assess objectively and certainly fairly whether it is by what we saw before through the form files that sub-specialist friends have prepared,” said Prof. Haerani.

“We hope that we can be facilitated and can work together in providing the evidence we need; God willing, we will move forward together for the quality of education so that both internally and externally, the Faculty of Medicine, especially the Internal Medicine Sub-Specialty (Sp-2) will later be recognized and produce useful people anywhere in Indonesia and abroad” he continued.

It is hoped that this accreditation will make the Internal Medicine Sub-Specialty Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara, the leading program in Indonesia so that more people are interested in pursuing specialization and subspecialization at the Universitas Sumatera Utara.
