Monday, March 20, 2023. Located at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara, received a visit again from LAM PT-Kes in the field assessment of the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program. Present as assessors from LAM PT-Kes Prof. dr. Bambang Hermani, Sp.T.H.T.B.K.L, Subsp.L.F. (K)., and dr. Arthur Hendrik Philips Mawuntu, Sp.S (K). At the opening, the event was opened directly by the Head of the USU Quality Assurance Agency Dr. dr. Isti Ilmiati Fujiati, M.Sc., CMFM, M.Pd.Ked.., and attended the Dean of Faculty of Medicine USU, Prof. Dr. dr. Aldy Safruddin Rambe Sp.S (K)., Vice Dean I Dr. dr. Delyuzar, M.Ked (PA), Sp.PA (K)., Vice Dean II Dr. dr. Muara P. Lubis, M.Ked (OG), Sp.OG (K)., and Vice Dean III, dr. Inke Diniyanti Lubis, Sp.A, PhD., Head of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Department,. Dr. dr. Andrina Yunita Murni Rambe Sp.T.H.T.K.L., Subsp.Rino.(K)., Head of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program, Dr. dr. Devira Zahara, Sp.T.H.T.K.L., Subsp.Oto.(K) M.Ked(ORL-HNS), Secretary of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Department Dr. dr. H. R. Yusa Herwanto M.Ked(ORL-HNS), Sp.THT-KL(K), Secretary of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program, Dr. Ashri Yudhistira, Sp.T.H.T.K.L.,Subsp.Onk.(K) M.Ked(ORL-HNS), FICS., and other academicians.
In his remarks, the Head of the USU Quality Assurance Agency Dr. dr. Isti Ilmiati Fujiati, M.Sc., CMFM, M.Pd.Ked., explained that “Accreditation, in this case, the field assessment is one element of the external quality assurance system. The results of this accreditation directly reflect the internal quality assurance system. By assessing the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program, the accreditation team expects to receive evaluation, information, and recommendations from the assessor team to improve previous achievements. It expects the best results for the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program “.
In the speech of the LAM PT-Kes assessor Prof. Dr. Bambang Hermani, Sp.T.H.T.B.K.L, Subsp.L.F. (K), explained that this assessment will confirm in the evaluation that has been done before, the confirmation aims to ensure the quality and quality of the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program to provide services to the community. The Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Health Science Study Program Accreditation activity was held from March 20 - 23, 2023. Hopefully this activity will run smoothly and get the best results.
