The USU Faculty of Medicine received a visit from the Indonesian Higher Education Health Self-Accreditation Institute (LAM-PTKes) again in the context of a field assessment of the USU Faculty of Medicine Surgical Specialist Study Program which took place in the FK USU Third Floor Hall, on Thursday, July 20, 2023.
Present as assessors from LAM PT-Kes Dr. dr. Hamzah, Sp. An, KNA, KIC and Dr. dr. Anak Agung Gde Oka, Sp U (K), welcomed directly by USU Rector Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin S.sos., M.Si., and also attended the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine USU Prof. Dr. dr. Aldy Safruddin Rambe Sp.S (K)., Vice Dean I Dr. dr. Delyuzar, M.Ked (PA), Sp.PA (K)., Vice Dean II Dr. dr. Muara P. Lubis, M.Ked (OG), Sp.OG (K)., Vice Dean III Faculty of Medicine USU dr. Inke Diniyanti Lubis, Sp.A, PhD., Head. Dept. Surgical Science Dr. dr. Adi Muradi Muhar Sp.B-KBD, Head of the Surgical Science Dept. Edwin Saleh Siregar Sp.B-KBD, Secretary. Dept. of Surgical Sciences dr. Dhirajaya Dharma Kadar Sp.U., Bambang Prayugo Sp.B, M.Biomed., and other academicians.
In his remarks, USU Rector Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin S.sos., M.Si., stated that accreditation is an affirmation of the position of excellent higher education institutions, which can provide confidence to the public in the achievement of educational dedication. Therefore, the USU Rector appreciates the various achievements of the FK USU Surgical Specialist Study Program.
In line with this, the Dean of FK USU Prof. Dr. dr. Aldy Safruddin Rambe Sp.S (K) is optimistic that the FK USU Surgical Specialist Study Program will obtain excellent accreditation results in order to produce the best graduates with superior competence. Of course, by continuing to accelerate the transformation in improving the academic service sectors.
One of the assessors, Dr. Anak Agung Gde Oka, Sp U (K), revealed that the FK USU Surgical Specialist Study Program had completed the report well. However, a field visit is still needed to complete the written report to get maximum results.
Dr. Dr. Hamzah, Sp. An, KNA, KIC, also as an assessor, hopes that the assessment results from the visit of the FK USU Surgical Specialist Study Program can meet all the required data so that later, by paying attention to the realization of Tri Dharma related to education, we can get satisfying results.
The Surgical Science Specialist Study Program's accreditation activity was held from July 20-21, 2023. Hopefully, The Surgical Science Specialist Study Program will get the best results.
