There are three important pillars needed for an organization's success: human resources (HR), structured organization, and business processes. HR is indispensable in an organization, not only in terms of sufficient quantity but also in terms of the quality of its human resources. The quality of human resources can be divided into skills and attitudes.
Capacity building also aims to increase togetherness and develop capacity. It will ultimately evaluate the targets that have been set in the past and allow capacity builders to see which sides need to be strengthened, which things should be prioritized, and how the targets will be achieved.
This was obtained from the Capacity Building held by the Faculty of Medicine of USU on September 3 and 4, 2023, to improve the quality of human resources of the Faculty of Medicine of USU, with the theme "Work Better, Achieve Higher." The event, which took place at Brastagi Cottage, was attended by all Academic Staff and several Heads, Subordinates, and Expert Staff of the Faculty of Medicine of USU.
With speakers from Expert Staff for Human Resources, Assets, and Finance, Nenni Dwi Aprianti Lubis SP., M.Si., Expert Staff for Academic Affairs, dr. Zulham M.Biomed, Ph.D., Expert Staff for Research and Cooperation, dr. rer. medic., dr. M. Ichwan M.Sc, Sp.KKLP, Subsp.FOMC, and Expert Staff for Information Technology and Community Service, dr. Hidayat M.Biomed, the event began with a little presentation followed by games until dinner break. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the games because, at the end of the event, prizes would be given to active participants and the most cohesive groups.
