The PEMA FK USU Community Service Department held a mass circumcision again as a form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service. This year it was held in Kecamatan Selesai, Langkat Regency, located at SD IT Al-Hafidz, Dusun Mawar, Padang Brahrang Village. This mass circumcision was held on Sunday, July 9, 2023. The total number of circumcision participants was 34 children.
The opening of the event was attended by the Head of Padang Brahrang Village, the Head of Puskesmas Selesai, the Doctor in Charge of the activity, Dr. dr. Erjan Fikri M.Ked (Surg), Sp.B, Sp.BA (K), and also attended the Vice Dean I of the USU Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. Delyuzar M.Ked (PA), Sp.PA (K).
During the circumcision activity, the doctor in charge of the activity, Dr. dr. Erjan Fikri M.Ked (Surg), Sp.B, Sp.BA (K) also held counseling to the parents of the circumcision participants regarding the circumcision itself. The circumcision activity went smoothly and safely until the end.
