Mrs. Nenni, as the morning assembly supervisor, expressed her appreciation and gratitude to all members of the Faculty of Medicine academic community for their performance and dedication throughout the previous year. Big appreciation to strong cooperation and effective synergy, the Faculty of Medicine achieved a budget absorption rate of approximately 94 percent, marking the highest achievement compared to previous years.
The Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FK USU), held its routine morning assembly on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Faculty of Medicine Pavilion. The activity was attended by the entire academic community and served as a forum for delivering strategic directions related to performance and personnel administration at the beginning of 2026.
The assembly was led by the Permanent Coordinator for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Assets, Nenni Dwi Aprianti Lubis, SP., M.Si, who acted as the assembly supervisor. In her address, she emphasized that all lecturers must promptly complete and upload their Employee Performance Targets (SKP) through the SIM SDM platform. She highlighted the need for attention and acceleration from all lecturers so that these administrative obligations can be completed in a timely manner.
In addition, educational support staff were encouraged to take an active role in reminding teaching staff to complete and upload their SKP in accordance with the applicable regulations.
During the same occasion, information was also conveyed regarding a change in the SISTER website domain effective January 10, 2026. All members of the academic community were advised not to be alarmed if they encounter a different website address. Teaching staff can access the updated SISTER platform via https://sister.kemdiktisaintek.go.id/beranda, using the same username and password as their previous accounts.
The assembly supervisor also urged SIA operators to promptly input lecturers’ teaching schedules. This step is essential to ensure that the data can be properly retrieved and processed within the Lecturer Workload (BKD) system.
In closing, the assembly supervisor expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the entire academic community of the Faculty of Medicine for their performance and dedication throughout the previous year. Big appreciation to strong cooperation and synergy, the Faculty of Medicine achieved a budget absorption rate of approximately 94 percent, marking the highest achievement compared to previous years.
