PoA LKMM SoK-LOKAL PEMA FK USU 2023 is a work program held by the Department of Student Resource Development of PEMA FK USU with the Department of Strategic Studies and Advocacy of PEMA FK USU in the process of real action from the regeneration of new FK USU students, namely FK USU class 2023, FK USU class 2023 brought an event with the theme EMPATHY (Empowering Mental Positivity, Acceptance, Thriving You) with a philosophy to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of mental health. The event aims to provide information and resources that can help people to develop a positive mindset, accept themselves, and reach their full potential.
The event was held at SMAN 14 MEDAN, Jl. Pelajar Gg. Darmo, Binjai, Kec. Medan Denai, Medan City, North Sumatra 20228. The event ran for 1 day on February 17, 2024, the event began with a seminar on Stress Management presented by Prof. Dr. dr. Elmeida Effendy M.Ked (KJ), Sp. KJ (K), then a sharing session led by Prof. Dr. dr. Elmeida Effendy M.Ked (KJ), Sp.KJ (K), Memorize time with participants sticking sticky notes containing their goals to the memorize wall then the last main event was a Bonding Session with participants led by Foster Brothers.
The opening of the event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Prof. Dr. dr. Aldy Safruddin Rambe, Sp.S(K), Principal of SMAN 14 Medan and his staff, Mrs. Eva Fitra, S.Pd.,M.Si, Doctor in Charge of the activity, Dr. dr. Mustafa Mahmud Amin M.Ked(KJ), M.Sc.,Sp.KJ(K). Governor of PEMA FK USU and his staff, Awwa Chaga Qambara Taqwa.
The event was attended by 211 participants who were students of SMAN 14 Medan, grades 10 and 11. The event went smoothly, and the participants and school officials welcomed this activity very well. The Principal of SMAN 14 Medan, Mrs. Eva Fitra, S.Pd., M.Si, was also happy and appreciated this event and is willing for FK USU to hold more educational events at SMAN 14 in the future.
