On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Study Program of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Faculty of Medicine held an event titled "Conferring of Obstetrics and Gynecology Subspecialist and Specialist Credentials." The event took place at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Adimulia Medan.
The event was opened by the MCs, dr. Immanuel and dr. Bella, and began with a prayer led by dr. Dashari. The event continued with the singing of the national anthem, "Indonesia Raya," led by dr. Cut Annisa. The first part of the event included calling the subspecialist doctors, the reading of their curriculum vitae, and the presentation of brevets, certificates, and plaques by the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Subspecialist Program (Sp2), Prof. Dr. dr. M. Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked(OG), Sp.O.G, Subsp. FER. The Universitas Sumatera Utara Faculty of Medicine conferring of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Subspecialist credentials were given to:

The second event was the inauguration of obstetrics and gynecology specialist doctors, the reading of curriculum vitae, and the presentation of brevets, certificates, and plaques by the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Study Program, Dr. dr. Edy Ardiansyah, M.Ked(OG), Sp.OG, Subsp. Urogin-Re.
The third event was the introduction of the new Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Doctor Education Program students, totaling 16 individuals. In the August 2022 period, there were 8 new specialist doctor education program students, and in the January 2023 period, there were 8 students.

The event was concluded with a welcome speech representing the parents of the students, a welcome speech by the representative of the new specialist doctors, and a group photo session.
