We had a valuable experience with both junior first-year residents and senior residents, who blended so seamlessly that we couldn't distinguish between the first-year residents and the Chief resident. The residency training was notably humanistic, emphasizing respect and empathy in every interaction. Similarly, the residents and supervisors at the hospital and clinics were highly professional, yet outside of their roles, they treated each other with mutual respect and appreciation.
