Wednesday, January 24, 2023. The USU Faculty of Medicine received another visit from Al-Kautsar Duri Integrated Islamic High School students. All class XII students and 13 accompanying teachers were received directly by the Expert Staff for Research and Cooperation in the Hall of the Faculty of Medicine of North Sumatra.
Expert Staff for Research and Cooperation Dr. rer. medic., dr. M. Ichwan M.Sc, Sp.KKLP., being a resource person, revealed that this campus visit, according to him, could be a reference for students to continue to higher education after graduation. He also conveyed information related to the USU Faculty of Medicine profile. He also explained the new student admission pathway for the USU Faculty of Medicine through SNMPTN, SBMPTN, SPMB selection, and scholarship programs.
In this activity, teachers and students were also given the opportunity to tour various facilities at the USU Faculty of Medicine, which aimed to increase information and insight for students. The students then continued with a question-and-answer session and ended with an exchange of souvenirs made by the USU Faculty of Medicine and the Al-Kautsar Duri Integrated Islamic High School.
