Description
Based on a Circular Letter from the Directorate General of Higher Education,Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, all lecturers are requested to update their personnel data on the SISTER application. This update includes key information such as rank, functional position, and certification, with a submission deadline for all changes by March 5, 2025.
In reference to the Circular Letter from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 0120/B4/DT.04.01/2025 regarding the Circular Letter on Lecturer Data Update dated February 25, 2025, all lecturers within the institution are requested to update their data on the SISTER application, which includes:
Latest Rank and Group for Civil Servant Lecturers (PNS); Latest Rank and Group (Inpassing) for Non-Civil Servant Lecturers (Non-PNS).
Effective Date (TMT) of the Latest Rank and Group for Civil Servant Lecturers; Effective Date (TMT) of the Latest Rank and Group (Inpassing) for Non-Civil Servant Lecturers.
Latest Functional Position.
Effective Date (TMT) of the Latest Functional Position.
Completion of Educator Certificate data for lecturers (including field of study, certification decree number, certification year, participant number, and registration number).
Probationary Civil Servant Lecturers (CPNS).
Inactive Lecturers (retired/assigned outside the university/dismissed).
Please note that the deadline for submitting lecturer data updates is no later than March 5, 2025.
