Fetomaternal

Fetomaternal

Fetomaternal is a specialized field within the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist program that focuses on the health and care of pregnant women and fetuses. Students understand the process of pregnancy, fetal development, and the interaction between maternal and fetal health during pregnancy. During the program, students learn the diagnosis, management, and treatment of complications that may arise during pregnancy, such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and fetal developmental problems. They also understand the latest medical technologies that support fetal surveillance, such as ultrasonography. The main goal of Fetomaternal is to ensure optimal health for both mother and fetus during pregnancy, as well as support safe delivery and the well-being of the newborn. Students are geared to become proficient experts in planning, monitoring and treating pregnancies and managing emergency situations related to the mother and fetus.
Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility

Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility

Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility is a specialized field within the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist program that focuses on the study and management of reproductive problems, particularly infertility, in women. Students understand the anatomy, physiology and hormonal processes that affect reproduction in women. During the program, students learn the diagnosis and management of infertility, examine assistive reproductive techniques such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), artificial insemination, and the use of ovulation-inducing drugs. They understand the principles of endocrinology underlying ovarian function, menstrual cycle and reproductive hormones. The primary goal of Reproductive Endocrinology Fertility is to help couples who are having difficulty conceiving by diagnosing the causes of infertility and providing appropriate treatment options. Students are directed to become experts who are able to guide and treat couples experiencing fertility problems.
Gynecologic Oncology

Gynecologic Oncology

Gynaecological Oncology is a specialized field within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist program that focuses on the study, diagnosis, and management of cancerous diseases affecting the female reproductive organs, such as the uterus, ovaries, cervix, vulva, and vagina. Students understand the pathophysiology of gynecological cancers, methods of diagnosis, surgical treatment, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and palliative care. During the program, students learn advanced surgical techniques and management of patients with gynecological cancers. They also understand the psychosocial aspects and quality of life of patients facing gynecologic cancer and plan holistic treatment strategies. The main goal of Gynecologic Oncology is to provide comprehensive, integrated and multidisciplinary care for patients with gynecologic cancers, ensure early diagnosis and improve treatment outcomes. Students are aimed to become proficient experts in diagnosing, planning and providing appropriate care for patients with gynecologic cancers.
Reconstructive Urogynecology

Reconstructive Urogynecology

Reconstructive Urogynecology is a specialized field within the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist program that focuses on the study, diagnosis, and management of disorders of the urinary tract and female pelvic organs. Students understand the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the urinary tract and pelvic structures. During the program, students learn techniques for evaluation and management of various urogynaecological conditions, such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and urinary tract dysfunction. They also understand reconstructive surgical procedures and non-surgical methods to treat urogynecologic problems. The main goal of Reconstructive Urogynecology is to provide comprehensive care for patients with urogynecologic disorders, restore normal function of the urinary tract and pelvic organs, and improve quality of life. Students are aimed to become experts who are able to diagnose, plan and provide appropriate care for patients with urogynecologic disorders.
Social Obstetrics and Gynecology

Social Obstetrics and Gynecology

Social Gynaecology Obstetrics is a specialized field within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist program that emphasizes the study of social, psychological, and cultural aspects that affect women's reproductive health. Students understand the complex interactions between social factors and reproductive health, including access to health care, adolescent reproductive health, and global reproductive health issues. During the program, students study the role of social, cultural, and psychological environments in obstetric and gynecological care, design socially and culturally sensitive reproductive health programs, and focus on reproductive health policy advocacy and advocacy. The main goal of Social Gynecology Obstetrics is to ensure that the practice of obstetrics and gynecology includes social sensitivity, is equitable and inclusive, and meets the needs and preferences of diverse individuals and community groups. Students are aimed to become experts who are able to understand the patient's social context, identify social factors that affect their reproductive health, and provide holistic care.
