1 Professionalism ethics to become a good Mental Medicine Specialist doctor and benefit the community who has good abilities, namely attitudes towards patients, attitudes towards teaching staff & colleagues, attitudes towards paramedics and non-paramedics, discipline and responsibility, adherence to filling out medical documents, commitment to assigned tasks, and compliance with guidelines for the use of drugs and equipment.
2 Communication with colleagues, patients/families, paramedics, and teaching staff is honest, open, and kind.
3 Good cooperation between colleagues, doctors, nurses, health employees, patients, and patients' families can work together as a harmonious team for optimal service.
4 Adhering to the rules of Patient Safety, namely IPSG 1-6: Identification, hand washing, time out, effective communication, infection prevention, and drug administration. Then, patient management, medical knowledge of psychiatry, interpersonal relationships and communication, problem and practice-based learning and self-development, professionalism and ethics, and system-based practice.
5 Mastering and being able to apply knowledge in specialized areas of psychiatry by the expected final competencies, which include addiction psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, biological psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, forensic psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, communication psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry (CLP).
