Forensic Medicine is a branch of specialist medical science that has the ability to manage medical evidence in the form of human biological materials from both living and deceased individuals for use as legal evidence, including tracing body parts for identification purposes. The intended learning outcome is that every student of Forensic Medicine is expected to be capable of managing medical evidence on a human being, both living and deceased, as well as from the human body in the form of findings and their interpretations made under oath and for the benefit of justice.
