KKLP FK USU Conducts Post-Flood Health Services and Social Outreach in Aceh Tamiang The team provided Mobile Clinic services focused on general health examinations, medical treatment, and wound care management related to flood impacts. In addition to medical services, the team also distributed social assistance in the form of ready-to-eat meals, beverages, baby supplies, and nutritious food items to support the fulfillment of basic needs during the post-disaster recovery period. 14 December 2025

KKLP FK USU Cares for the North Sumatra Disaster: Mobile Clinic and Social Outreach in Aceh Tamiang The PPDS KKLP FK USU team went directly to flood-affected areas in Sekerak District by carrying out Mobile Clinic services and Social Outreach activities. FK USU Medical Team Conducts Social Service for Disaster-Affected Communities in Central Tapanuli The FK USU medical team provided a wide range of health services and distributed social assistance to communities directly affected by the disaster. ICTROMI 2025: FK USU Promotes an Integrated Approach to Managing Infectious Diseases Across All Age Groups ICTROMI 2025 was designed as a platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge and experiences in the fields of tropical medicine and infectious diseases. Through a series of scientific sessions, symposia, and panel discussions, experts explored integrated approaches to the prevention and management of infectious diseases, including sepsis, pneumonia, and other global health challenges. 09 December 2025

FK USU Students Achieve National Recognition at the Indonesian Medical Olympiad 2025 Students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FK USU), Arryan Bramlie and Joshua Jordan, successfully secured Second Place at the Indonesian Medical Olympiad (IMO) 2025 in the Cardiology–Respiratory category. Clinical Nutrition Specialist Medical Education Program (PPDS) FK USU and PDGKI Provide Flood Relief in Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency The Clinical Nutrition Residency Program, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FK USU), in collaboration with the Indonesian Society of Clinical Nutrition Physicians (PDGKI), carried out a flood relief initiative on 5 December 2025 by distributing medicines, food, sanitary supplies, and other basic necessities. In addition to providing logistical assistance, the residents also offered moral support and interacted directly with displaced community members. 06 December 2025
