Inauguration of New Doctors at the Faculty of Medicine USU: Encouragement to Pursue Specialist Education to Meet National Needs “The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia currently requires approximately 50,000–70,000 medical specialists. Therefore, newly inaugurated doctors are encouraged to promptly continue their education in specialist programs. These opportunities can be pursued through various pathways, including scholarships from the Ministry of Health or LPDP, as well as other government-supported funding programs, so that more graduates can help fulfill the national healthcare workforce needs,” said dr. Delegation of the Faculty of Medicine Wins Gold Medal at the 2025 International Science Event In the prestigious event The International Science and Invention Fair (ISIF) 2025, the delegation from the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) successfully won a Gold Medal in the Life Science category at the university level. The team presented a scientific work titled “CurmahonTM: A Phytopharmaceutical Spray for Seborrheic Dermatitis Relief, Integrated from Mahogany Seed and Turmeric as Anti-Inflammatory Extracts.” 13 November 2025
